What Is RADiant Growth & How Does It Work?



Research

RIS Integration & data gathering is our first step to determining who to contact and what to send them. We integrate into your RIS system to produce a list of existing providers and generate reports showing how many referrals they are currently sending as well as how many they could be sending.

From this list, we also gather email addresses, postal addresses, and phone numbers so we can follow up outside of the digital realm if needed.

NOTE: It is very beneficial, but not necessary for us to integrate into your RIS system. You can also just deliver to us a list of providers.

Analyze

Once we have a scored list of providers, we then analyze this list and put together categories for:

  • Top opportunities
  • Lowest hanging fruit
  • Latest drop-offs
  • Recent top referrers
  • Recently boosted referrers

From this list, we can then begin reaching out to these providers in the most efficient way possible.

Outreach

Our content is set up to be important reading for providers in all referring specialties. Categories for outreach include:

As providers click through different aspects of these emails, new educational offerings will be presented.

Each email always has content about satisfaction and price differences between hospitals and independent diagnostic facilities. Additionally, worksheets and other tools are sent along to help providers grow their businesses.

Integration into your RIS system will allow our system to start working with patients as soon as they leave your office.

If you have had a clause in your HIPAA compliance document that states that you can send out emails to patients for marketing, we can add all previous patients as well.

Analyze

Analysis for patients consists of getting patients to open an email. Once we have an open and a click, our analysis process can begin. From here we can determine characteristics such as:

Our analysis of patients runs simultaneously with our outreach.

Outreach

The outreach process has two methods. We can start sending messages and analyze patients as we receive data, or we can implement the MedRev system to gather more information up front.

The Radiant Growth System Setup includes the following items:

What does all this mean? It means that we have to set up our content to match your branding, then make sure that when we send out emails it looks like it’s coming from you and if someone takes a look at an article it looks like it’s on your website.

The Radiant Growth System has to be set up one time for any one of the three target markets. That means that if you set it up for providers, you might as well go ahead and use it for patients as well.

So, if you get started with just providers you can get employers and patients started at the same time for a lot less cost.
